Studio Payment & Cancellation
Life can be unpredictable, so please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. Our studio is designed for fun clients who appreciate individualized attention. The class spots fill up fast, and sometimes have waitlists. Our strict cancellation policy reflects this and out of fairness to all clients, it is applied without exception.
XO Pilates Co. has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. Cancellations must be made through your account, or via email. Our cancellation policy will be enforced no matter what the reason for canceling. We do not accept cancellations via text or social media.
Monthly members will be charged a fee of $25 per late cancellation, plus the forfeiture of the class.
In addition to forfeiting the class, “no-shows” will be charged $35 – both members and non-members.
Please respect our studio policies and do not ask for exceptions/exemptions to be made.
Payment must be made at the time of booking. Time slots cannot be reserved without payment.
Qualify To Use Your HSA/FSA Funds on XO Pilates Co.
Save an average of 30% on your XO Pilates Co. membership and class packs for 12 months by unlocking pre-tax HSA/FSA funds. Take a health survey, pay a $15 fee, and get your Letter of Medical Necessity.
