At XO Pilates, we believe movement is more than a workout — it’s a pathway to becoming your next, most radiant self.
We created XO Pilates as a space where everyone feels strong, seen, and connected — mind, body, and soul. Through intentional movement, elevated experiences, and genuine community, every class becomes an invitation to move with purpose, grow with confidence, and love yourself fully.
We believe in the beauty of becoming.
In slowing down, tuning in, and finding strength in the softness.
In the quiet confidence that comes from knowing who you are, and who you’re still becoming.
Our 2,500 sq. ft. studio in the heart of Greenville is designed to elevate your Pilates practice and your overall experience. We’ve reimagined the studio experience as a sanctuary — a space where elegance meets empowerment, where community replaces competition, and where every person is supported exactly as they are.
Every XO instructor was hand-selected for more than just their Pilates credentials (don’t get your grippy socks in a bunch, they’re certified and experienced). They bring a deep understanding of the body, a passion for teaching, and a genuine love of community. Our instructors are deeply mindful of individual goals, safety, and modifications—ensuring you receive a truly boutique movement experience every time you come in. They’re here to challenge you, support you, and make sure every class is effective, empowering—and actually fun.
what we believe in, the xo way
These are the principles that shape the XO experience. They guide how we move, connect, and create a space where every person feels supported in their becoming.
INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT:
Every movement is purposeful, mindful, and designed to support strength, alignment, and long-term well-being — never rushed, never forced.
CONFIDENCE THROUGH CARE:
We believe confidence is built through consistency, compassion, and support — meeting you where you are and celebrating progress in every form.
ELEVATED EXPERIENCE:
From movement to moments, every detail is thoughtfully curated to feel seamless, calming, and luxurious — because your wellness deserves intention and care.
COMMUNITY & CONNECTION:
We move together, grow together, and rise together — fostering a welcoming space rooted in encouragement, belonging, and genuine connection.
THE BEAUTY OF CONNECTION:
There is no finish line here — only growth. We honor every phase of your journey, supporting who you are today and who you’re becoming next.
meet mel and meg
If zodiac signs matter, we’re a Sagittarius and a Pisces—a match made in heaven. We opened XO because we saw a need for a Pilates studio where people could walk in and instantly feel welcome. Not intimidated. Not lost in a sea of reformers. Just… comfortable being exactly who they are.
We wanted a space with zero mean-girl energy. A place where busy schedules pause and movement feels fun again. Where the people you take class with cheer you on. You know how CrossFit people are diehard about their community?
We wanted that energy—just without the actual CrossFit part, because that sh*t is rough on your joints (sorry, CrossFitters).
It’s hard to fully capture the spirit of XO in words on a website. So honestly? We hope you’ll just come see it for yourself.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Absolutely. XO is designed to be welcoming at every level. Arrive a few minutes early, let your instructor know it’s your first class, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Why yes—we’re glad you asked. Choose your first class for $20 or unlimited classes for two weeks for $89. New to Pilates? We highly recommend starting with the unlimited two week option rather than one class. One just isn’t enough to fall in love. Pilates pro? You’ll know we’re the studio for you in one class.
Grip socks are required (borrow a pair or bring your own—yes, stealing your kids trampoline socks is highly encouraged). Otherwise, wear whatever feels comfortable.
Yes—and you’ll probably get in. Our system automatically adds you if a spot opens.
Yes! Most classes are pregnancy-safe with modifications.
We recommend starting with 2–3 times per week—but it’s low impact, so daily movement is welcome.
